Judging criteria which will be considered around what the person or organisation being nominated has done for the promotion of arts and culture within the city:
- They have shone a light on the city in a positive way that is easily identifiable.
- They promote the city or the people of Sheffield in their work.
- They actively pursue avenues to educate the citizens of Sheffield of the cultural opportunities within the city.
- Their work has received acclaim from their peers.

Utilita Arena and Sheffield City Hall
